PARKING
Enter our parking lot via Colusa Avenue, just to the left of Sunset View Cemetery. We have both a front door beyond our beautiful new garden, and a side lobby door off of the parking lot. There is also ample street parking.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are welcome. Payment is due at time of service. Prices are subject to change.
GRATUITIES
Tipping is stressful, so personally I don't care for it and have respectfully declined gratuities for many years. Prices are as stated; no mental gymnastics needed.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Certificates may be purchased here to be emailed to any address on any date you choose. Paper certificates are also available to purchase in person or by mail.
CANCELLATIONS
Since your appointment time is reserved for you, 24 hours notice is greatly appreciated should you need to reschedule. Last minute cancellations and "no-shows" may result in a missed appointment fee equal to 50% of your booked service/s.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Unused items may be exchanged for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Opened products may be exchanged within 30 days if they cause an allergic reaction on the skin. Please note that refunds are not given. All discounted items are final sales.
FEEDBACK
If you enjoy your time at Born + Borrowed, feel free to shout it from the rooftops. If not, for any reason, please let me know so I can resolve the conflict and make your next visit more enjoyable.
COVID PROTOCOLS
At this time, it's not necessary to wear a mask in our common areas and I'm not automatically wearing a mask during treatments, but I'm more than happy to wear one at your request.
HEPA purifiers and medical grade disinfectants are utilized to keep air and surfaces clean.
Windows and doors will be open whenever possible to allow for fresh air.
Fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, chest pain, loss of sense of taste or smell, a positive Covid test or contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid within 14 days will mean we'll need to reschedule your visit.
